We’ve received questions regarding the vote Sunday and how/where to pick up cards if you cannot make it Sunday.
First, the vote will be about two issues that were discussed at our annual meeting:
(1) vote on whether to increase liability insurance than what we pay for currently
(2) vote on whether or not to increase initiation fees for new members that join after April 26, 2015.
If you cannot make the meeting, we will work on hosting a vote via online all day Sunday, concluding at 330pm when we have the in-person vote at the landing. We are also working to finalize details on picking up new cards for those that cannot make the meeting. More to come as we work out the final details with the gate vendor.
