Setting Up Daily, Weekly or Immediate Notifications.

To Use Notifications You Will Need To Log In Above! (Click "Forgot Password" if you don't know it)

This is a POWERFUL Tool to get the most from using the forums. Without subscriptions you would have to return to the website to see if anyone has answered your question, posted a response and it would be really a pain to keep up with what others were saying or doing.

Important Points....

You can subscribe to some, all or none of the different forums and even individual topics within a forum on CooperEstates.ORG!
  • You control what topics you want to be notified about when someone posts a reply, comment or starts a new discussion.
  • To subscribe to a FORUM... Go to that forum, you will see a list of different topics that have been started, click on "Subscribe" at the top of the page. You will now receive an email (we'll discuss how to choose how often next) anytime someone starts a new discussion or posts a reply or comment in THAT FORUM ONLY. You will need to do this for each forum you are interested in.
  • To subscribe to a TOPIC... If you see a particular subject or topic being discussed or maybe you start a discussion and want to know when someone replies... BUT you do not want to subscribe to the entire forum, go to that discussion where you see the comments people have posted and click on "Subscribe" at the top of the page. Now, you will receive a email anytime someone posts or that topic is updated!
YOU control when and how often you will receive notifications for your Subscriptions!
  • Immediate Notifications: Receive an email immediately after a someone posts a new reply, comment or starts a new discussion in any of the subscriptions you have!
  • Daily Notifications: Receive an email once a day for the previous 24 hours with a summary of a new reply, comment or new discussion in any of the subscriptions you have!
  • Weekly Notifications: Receive an email once a week for the previous 7 days with a summary of a new reply, comment or new discussion in any of the subscriptions you have!
  • You can choose which of these notifications you desire for each subscription you have!
To control your notifications... (this is AFTER you have logged in and subscribed to at least one forum or topic.)
  1. Make sure you are logged in. (Click "Forgot Password" if you don't know it)
  2. At the top of every Web Page on CooperEstates.ORG, you will see a link in the upper right hand corner that says "View Profile", click on that link.
  3. Beneath where it says "My Profile", you will see a link "Subscriptions", click on that link.
  4. Now click on the button right above that link that says... EDIT PROFILE.
  5. On the next page you can control all of your subscriptions!
You can also control you want to receive event reminders or member emails.
